Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If we are unable to ship an order within the timeframe stated, we will handle the order in accordance with applicable law.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Crabby Mermaid® does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, fit, or other non-defective merchandise.
Earrings and hats are final sale, including for hygiene reasons. Sale, clearance, and merchandise specifically marked Final Sale are also final sale.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please follow the instructions on our Shipping & Returns page. Customers must contact Crabby Mermaid within 7 days of delivery and receive approval before returning an item.
