Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or during special promotions or holiday periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur once the package is in transit.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Crabby Mermaid is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or sent in error, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

in original condition

returned with original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

any item marked final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please check your tracking information first, then contact the carrier. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
